Mississippi Home Educators Association
A state-wide Christian homeschool support organization. Has annual conference and campout.

PEAK Network
The Parent Educators and Kids (PEAK) Network includes a number of groups in Mississippi. Our groups are member-led and inclusive, welcoming all local home educators who enjoy sharing and learning with other families. Our members represent a broad range of learning styles, parenting philosophies, personal beliefs and political viewpoints, and we value and find strength in that diversity.

Certificate of Enrollment Forms
To homeschool in the state of Mississippi, the parent must file a Certificate of Enrollment EACH year for EACH child who has attained the age of six years but has not attained the age of seventeen years on or before September 1st of the current school year.  The certificate must be filed with the attendance officer in the county of residence by September 15th.

The mission of Gulf Coast Charity (Catholic Homeschool Association Religiously Inspired Through Yahweh) is to provide support to Catholic home schooling families living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and to promote the use of Catholic curriculum.

Homeschool Legal Forum for Mississippi
This list is for all families in the state of Mississippi concerned about preserving the right to homeschool. Updates on legislative activities, curfews, attendance officers, as well as support for new homeschoolers researching the current regulation is available.

An association of families throughout Mississippi who choose home education for religious formation and/or the entire academic experience from a Catholic perspective.

Support Groups

Christian Home Educators Connection
The purpose of CHEC is to support and encourage home educators by providing information and opportunities for fellowship both educational and social. Although CHEC is a Christian organization with Christian leadership, membership is open to all those in the Metro-Jackson Area of Central Mississippi wishing to homeschool their children.

Christian Home Educators of Hattiesburg
This group shall be made up of Christian families actively involved in home-educating their children. The purpose of this group is to provide spiritual and emotional support as well as providing enriching ministry, academic, and recreational activities to member families.

Excelsior Classical Covenantal Community
A community of like-minded believers educating our children in the classical tradition of our forebears. Begun by several homeschooling families in Tupelo, Mississippi, we opened our doors for tutorials in 2001.

Fellowship of Christian Home Educators<
Desoto County. FOCHE exists to provide encouragement and edification to home-educating mothers for the benefit of their families.

Hernando/Nesbit Homeschool Support Group
Support group for Christian homeschoolers in DeSoto County. Requires a statement of faith.

Meridian Christian Home Educators<
Christian group with lots of events.

Hernando/Nesbit Homeschool Support Group

Olive Branch Christian Home Educators
OBCHE exists to inform, encourage, and aid Christian homeschooling families in Olive Branch and the surrounding areas as they seek God's will in training and educating their children.

Three Rivers Christian Homeschool Support Group
A local support group based in George County, MS with members in George, Greene, and Jackson Counties. Requires both parents to sign a statement of faith.

Tri-County Homeschoolers
We hold monthly business meetings in Collins, Mississippi. Field trips are scheduled for most months.

Vicksburg Christian Home Educators
We welcome anyone to participate in our group, but we do have a Christian emphasis as our name states. VCHE is an inclusive group open to all people, regardless of religion or philosophy.
