HERF is aa non-profit support group under Rainbow Forest Baptist
Church in Troutville, Virginia (near Roanoke). The group seeks
to encourage and support other home education families through
Christian fellowship, prayer, and activities for socialization.

Warren County
Home Educators are Restoring Their Heritage
HEARTH is a support group that provides encouragement to parents in or near Front Royal who teach their children at home.
Its orientation is Christian, guided by God's Word, the Bible.
Homeschooling in the Warren County Area
This group is an inclusive group, not affiliated with any particular
religion or any specific style of homeschooling. If you are homeschooling
in or around Warren County (within driving distance!) you are
welcome to join!
Regional Groups
Ain't We Got Fun Homeschooling
Designed for the purpose of creating a sense of community withing the homschoolers. We sponser events that are specifically geared to be unstructured and most importantly to be fun. This is not a religion based group.
Natural Learners of the Shenandoah Valley
The area's only inclusive group of home educating families. Open
to new members, regardless of family size or structure, religious
beliefs, or education style. This diverse group of friends meets
weekly for activities, both planned and spontaneous.

- Drivers Education for Credit
Keystone National High School. Teens can now learn how to become
safe responsible drivers... while earning Certification and Insurance
discounts.

DriversEd.com course is the only course approved for use by home-school
students. That is, if you are homeschooled, you may learn
the classroom and/or behind-the-wheel portions of your drivers
education at home. Once you have completed our course, you will
receive a Certificate of Completion that you may then take to
the DMV when you apply for a drivers license. Only students who
are homeschooled may receive an official Certificate of Completion
when finished with the course.
